The 2021 Aspire Cabernet Sauvignon is incredibly pure with notes of spring flowers, dark berries, black peppercorn, and cedar pencil. At once delicate and substantial, this beautiful wine has impeccable balance and a lasting silky tannin finish with flavors of violets and cinnamon.

Cabernet Sauvignon 6-pack
The 2022 Aspire Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a bouquet of ruby cherries and dried herbs. These vibrant aromas are echoed on the pallet, together gravelly earth, cedar wood, and spice. This vintage projects freshness and purity. The 2022 bottling includes the last harvest of our estate’s old vines blended together with our young vine cabernet, representing this time of soulful renewal for our vineyard.
